Court Rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s No-Case Submission

The Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected the no-case submission filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The court held that a prima facie case has been established against him by the federal government and consequently ordered him to present his defense in the terrorism charges against him.

Delivering ruling on Friday in the no-case submission made by Kanu, Justice James Omotosho held that it is in the best interest of Kanu to be given the opportunity to clear some issues raised against him.

  Maria Farmer has called out President Donald Trump, accusing him of lying.   The artist and one of the earliest accusers of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell accused Trump of lying about his alleged presence at Epstein’s Manhattan office in the 1990s.   In an emotional interview on CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront on Monday, July 21, Farmer recounted a disturbing encounter she says took place in 1995 when she was 25 years old. Abia State Governor, Alex Otti has told the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to stay calm and steadfast as he continues efforts to secure his release. It was gathered that the governor visited the IPOB leader at the Sokoto Correctional Centre on Sunday, November 30, 2025. This was disclosed on Sunday night in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma.
