Arsenal Give Arteta Conditions To Escape Sack

Arsenal will sack it's manager, Mikel Arteta if the team fails to win either the Premier League or Champions League trophy this season.

In the past few weeks, the Gunners have lost out on two trophies as their quest to win an unprecedented quadruple fizzled out.

Arteta’s men were beaten 2-1 in the Carabao Cup final by Manchester City and eliminated from the FA Cup by Southampton.

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, their league title hopes took a huge blow, thanks to a 2-1 home defeat to Bournemouth.

Arsenal remain nine points clear, but City now have two games in hand.

Arteta, who is into his sixth full season as Arsenal manager, has only won one FA Cup since he arrived.

Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
