American Rapper, Offset Hospitalized Following Florida Casino Shooting

American rapper, Kiari Kendrell Cephus, popularly known as Offset was rushed to the hospital on Monday evening after being injured in a shooting outside a prominent casino in Florida, a representative for the artiste has confirmed.

The 34-year-old rapper was reportedly caught in gunfire near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Emergency responders transported the former Migos member to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, where he is currently receiving medical attention.

While specific details regarding his condition remain sparse, local law enforcement has cordoned off the area around the popular tourist destination as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Witnesses described a chaotic scene as several shots rang out near the hotel entrance during the busy evening hours.

The shooting marks a distressing turn of events for the Grammy-nominated artiste, who has been a central figure in the American music scene for over a decade. Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
