Rihanna Flees Los Angeles Hours After Shooting At Her Home

Grammy Award-winning Barbadian artiste and businesswoman, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, popularly known as Rihanna has left Los Angeles on Monday, March 9, 2026, just hours after a shooting incident at her Beverly Hills residence.

The singer was seen boarding a private jet at Van Nuys Airport, with her luggage loaded into vehicles and transported to the airport’s private terminal.

Authorities have named Ivanna Lisette Ortiz as the suspect.

It was gathered that Ortiz was arrested on Sunday for allegedly firing multiple gunshots at the home of the global music star and businesswoman.

Police say Ortiz arrived at the property in a Tesla, armed with a semi-automatic rifle, and discharged around ten rounds at the house she shares with her partner, who's a rapper named Rakim Athelston Mayers, popularly known as A$AP Rocky.

Investigators found four bullet holes in the estate’s gate, while additional rounds struck the garage of a neighboring home.

Ortiz fled the scene but was later apprehended approximately 12 kilometers away, and her vehicle was recovered.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed that no one was injured during the attack.

Ortiz has been formally charged with attempted murder, and authorities are continuing to investigate her motive.
