Arnoldo Jimenez, a fugitive on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list for allegedly killing his wife, Estrella Carrera, on their wedding night in Illinois over 12 years ago, has been arrested in Mexico. FBI agents arrested Jimenez on Friday night in Monterrey, Mexico, during an operation involving FBI delegations from Chicago, San Antonio, and LEGAT Mexico City, along with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. “The FBI is extremely appreciative of the Burbank Police Department, our law enforcement partners in Mexico, and the public for their tremendous investigative efforts and collaboration in the capture of Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Arnoldo Jimenez,” Douglas S.
