Nigerian Government Declares Tuesday Public Holiday To Honour The Memory Of Late Buhari

 


Tuesday July 15, 2025 has been declared a public holiday by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
 
According to the Federal Government, Tuesday will be observed as a public holiday to honour the memory of the late former President, Muhammadu Buhari.
 
Buhari passed away on Sunday in a London clinic at the age of 82. He will be buried on Tuesday.
 
Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, Minister of Interior made the announcement in a statement on Monday.
