Galatasaray Agree Deal With Napoli To Sign Super Eagles Striker Victor Osimhen

An agreement has been reached between Turkish giants, Galatasaray and the Italian side, Napoli for the permanent signing of Victor Osimhen.
 
Recall that the Nigerian striker impressed during his 2024/25 loan spell with 37 goals and eight assists in 41 appearances.
 
He will now join Okan Buruk’s side permanently. 
 
Galatasaray will pay Osimhen’s €75 million release clause, with €40 million upfront and the remaining €35 million by the end of 2026. Napoli will also receive €5 million in bonuses and retain a 10% sell-on clause.
 
The deal includes an ‘anti-Serie A clause’ that prevents Osimhen from joining a direct Serie A rival within the next two years.
 
Osimhen will now continue where he left off with Galatasaray during his loan-spell last season, where the Nigerian star striker flourished as he scored 26 goals and 5 assists in the Turkish Super League.
