BBNaija Season 10 To Kick Off July 26 With ₦150 Million Prize For Winner

Multichoice has announced a date for the premiere of the 10th edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija).
 
According to the company, the 10th edition is set to premiere on Saturday July 26, 2025, with a record-breaking grand prize of ₦150 million.
 
MultiChoice Nigeria made the announcement during a press briefing on Wednesday, confirming that this year’s prize is the biggest since the reality show began in 2006.
 
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will return as host for the new season.
 
Unlike last year’s ‘No Loose Guard’ edition where contestants auditioned and entered the house in pairs, the upcoming season will feature a fresh format. Physical auditions for this edition were held from May 16 to 18.
 
In 2024, Kellyrae emerged winner of the show, walking away with ₦100 million. He also made history as the first married housemate to win the competition.

Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
