British-Nigerian rapper and singer, Oluwafisayo Isa popularly known as Darkoo has announced that she's ready to have children, but she doesn't want to carry babies in her womb.
 
She made the statement while opening up about being gay years ago.
 
She added that she prefers her partner to carry the baby.
 
Speaking in an interview with Madame Joyce, Darkoo said, “I’m at a phase in my life when I’m thinking about having kids. I feel like I would be a great mom, but I don’t want to carry the baby in my womb. My partner is going to carry it.”
 
She explained that being a mother is more than just blood ties, stressing that mothering is loving and caring for a child.
 
In 2024, Darkoo revealed that opening up to her parents about her sexuality lifted a weight off her shoulders.
 
The queer artiste said she has been happier since opening up to her mom about her sexuality.

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti has told the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to stay calm and steadfast as he continues efforts to secure his release. It was gathered that the governor visited the IPOB leader at the Sokoto Correctional Centre on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
