Nigerian Businessman, Simon Guobadia Loses Prenup Battle To Porsha Williams

Nigerian businessman, Simon Guobadia is expected to relinquish both money and property as his contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Porsha Williams unfolds.

Williams and Guobadia have been locked in a legal battle for a prenup to be enforced.

The prenup was signed before they got married.

After Guobadia was taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the hearing was postponed several times.

However, the 61-year-old is back in Nigeria.

After 15 months of marriage, the 43-year-old Williams filed for divorce in February 2024.

The according to US Weekly reports that Guobadia’s blamed Williams’ “misrepresentations” about leaving RHOA, on why he agreed to the prenup.

The prenup will force Guobadia to “split the equity of his $7,000,000 (seven million dollars) pre-marital home (the Marital Residence) with [Williams], and pay significant debts and expenses for the Wife’s benefit.”

Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
