Judge Moves Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial To DSS Headquarters

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu's trial has been moved to the headquarters of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Justice James Omotosho ordered that Kanu’s trial be moved from the Abuja Federal High Court to the DSS headquarters.

The trial judge said the case was moved to the DSS headquarters to allow for the inspection of Kanu’s shipping container.

The container was said to have been used by Kanu to bring a radio transmitter into Nigeria for broadcast on Radio Biafra.

The IPOB leader is currently facing trial for terrorism due to his push for the actualization of Biafra.

Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
