Kidnappers of Mrs Beauty Ogere Siasia, the 76-year-old mother of former Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia have reached out to the family and are demanding 70 million Naira ransom before she would be released. It was gathered that Samson Siasia, spoke with his mother, Beauty alongside two others kidnapped by the gunmen from their family house in Odoni community, Sagbama Local Government Area Bayelsa State.

  The operatives of Obowo Divisional Police Headquarters, in collaboration with community youths, have arrested two suspects linked to the rape and gruesome murder of Wendy Achumba, a 21-year-old nursing student of Mercy College of Nursing Science, Umulogho, whose lifeless body was found in her off-campus residence at Umuadara, Umulogho, Obowo, LGA, Imo State. Ibom Air Passenger Remanded In Prison

  Comfort Emmanson, a passenger of Ibom Air who had a fight with officials has been arraigned and remanded in custody.   A video of her in a flight inbound Lagos from Uyo has since gone viral.   The Special Adviser to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, who revealed this, said Emmanson has been remanded in the Kirikiri correctional facility.   Moshood disclosed this in a post on X on Monday shortly after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said enforcement action will soon become more frequent in Nigerian airports as unruly conduct by passengers becomes rampant.
