“I’m Open To Be A Second Wife” – Tiwa Savage

Nigerian singer, Tiwatope Omolara Savage popularly known as Tiwa Savage has stated that she's ready to be a second wife.

According to the star, her current reality has made her open to this choice.

Tiwa stated this while featuring in a recent episode of the American podcast, Air Service. 

“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they are either in their 50s or already married. So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife. I think so. I could be a second wife,” she said.
 
Tiwa Savage assured that as a second wife, she wouldn’t be troublesome to her co-wife, stressing that she is respectful and would be focused on work.
 
“I think I can go along with the first wife and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome. I’m going to be going on tours, I’m not really going to stress you. I’m very respectful, I know that you are the first wife and would accord you that respect,” she added.
 
Tiwa Savage was married to music executive, Tunji Balogun popularly known as TeeBillz between 2013 and 2018. The couple has a son together.
 
Both parties accused each other of infidelity after their marriage ended.

Ibom Air Bans Passenger For Life After Violent Assault On Crew And Security At Lagos Airport

Nigerian air carrier, Ibom Airlines Limited has banned a passenger identified as Comfort Emmanson, from flying with its airline after she was found assaulting one of the crew members of their aircraft. Emmanson had in a viral video repeatedly slapped a Purser with Ibom Aircraft after she was allegedly told to switch off her phone before take-off. Confirming the incident in a statement on Monday, Ibom Air said the incident happened on Sunday while Emmanson was on board their Uyo to Lagos flight. The statement read, “Shortly before take-off from Uyo, Ms. Emmanson was instructed in line with standard aviation safety procedures to switch off her mobile phone. Maryam Sanda, sentenced to death in 2020 for the killing of her husband, Bilyaminu Bello, has received a presidential pardon from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu after spending six years and eight months at the Suleja Medium Security Custodial Centre. In a statement released on Saturday by Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the Presidency said,  “Her family pleaded for her release, arguing that it was in the best interest of her two children.
