“Mohbad’s Autopsy Concluded, Await Result” – Lagos State Police

The Lagos State Police Command on Thursday night announced that the autopsy procedure of late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, has been “successfully completed”.

It was gathered that the body of the singer was exhumed on Thursday afternoon for an autopsy.

The police, in an update shared via their verified X handle, said the process was now complete.

The force promised to provide the autopsy result as soon as it was ready.

“The Lagos State Police Command wishes to inform the public that the autopsy procedure for Mr. Mohbad has been successfully completed. Further information will be provided as soon as the results are available,” the police wrote.

  The Uni ted States House of Representatives has approved an amendment seeking to withhold 100 per cent of the U.S. assistance to Nigeria until the country takes stronger measures to address violence and alleged persecution of Christians. The amendment, sponsored by the U.S. Congressman Gregory Steube, was adopted through a voice vote on Wednesday and attached to the fiscal year 2027 State Department spending bill, which was later passed by the House by 217-209 votes, largely along party lines.
