“Regina Daniels Drinks, Abuses Drugs, Lies About Physical Abuse” — Ned Nwoko’s Domestic Nurse Makes Fresh Claims
A document posted by Ned Nwoko on his 𝕏 (formerly Twitter) account Wednesday night has added a new dimension to the ongoing marital controversy between the lawmaker and his wife, Regina Daniels.
The document, presented as a written statement by a live-in nurse identified as Dora, contains allegations of events she claimed occurred during her employment in the Nwoko household from July 2023.
In the statement dated January 9, 2026, Dora alleged that she began to notice changes in Regina Daniels’ behaviour around September 2025.
According to her, the actress requested assistance in obtaining prescription-only drugs and, on some occasions, asked questions about what she described as lethal dosages of substances, including morphine and pethidine.
The nurse further alleged that she once entered Regina’s room and saw what she described as opioids, anaesthetic substances and cannabis spread across a table.
She claimed that Regina emptied a ketamine injection onto a flat plate and instructed her to heat it in a microwave to form crystals.
According to the statement, Dora said she became alarmed by the incident and chose to report it to her employer rather than comply with the instruction.
The document also touched on allegations of domestic abuse within the household. Dora stated that she never witnessed Senator Nwoko physically assault his wife during her period of employment.
“My boss Senator Ned Nwoko neither drinks nor smokes and I haven’t heard of him physically abusing my Madam in any way,” the statement read.
She added that disagreements she observed were verbal and largely centred on disputes over Regina’s alleged drinking and smoking habits.
Dora stressed that she declined to carry out any of the requests attributed to Regina, insisting that she neither prepared nor administered any substances.
She said her actions were guided by safety concerns and professional ethics.
The statement also referenced claims involving a friend of Regina, identified as Ann Cassie. According to the document, Ann Cassie was allegedly involved in procuring and mixing substances and was recently arrested and charged with multiple offences.
The charges were said to include allegations relating to an illegal abortion in the past—an issue Regina had previously alluded to in a social media post—as well as cyberbullying linked to online statements.
Ann Cassie was reportedly granted bail, with the matters expected to proceed through the court.
