[FULL LIST] FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike Revokes Lands Belonging To Patience Jonathan, Ayo Fayose, Donald Duke, Diezani Alison-Madueke, Iyabo Obasanjo, T.Y. Danjuma, Emir Of Ilorin And Others
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Department of Land Administration has revoked 1,095 property titles in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) due to non-payment of ground rent, incomplete land-use conversion, and outstanding Certificate of Occupancy fees.
The decision was contained in a statement signed over the weekend by the management of the FCTA Department of Land Administration, announcing strict enforcement against defaulting plot holders.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Nyesom Wike, was said to have approved enforcement action after a 14-day grace period expired on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
Out of the 1,095 defaulters, 835 were listed as ground rent defaulters, while 260 were listed as land use contravention payment defaulters.
The list also included file numbers, plot numbers, CADZONE, districts, rent owed, and revocation dates for the listed properties.
The properties listed in the statement included those belonging to federal and state governments, businesses and prominent individuals.

The FCTA added that the publication of the defaulting properties came after several notices in national dailies, online platforms and television stations requesting the defaulters to settle their financial obligations and liabilities.
The FCTA further stated that by defaulting on the payments, the defaulters have “Contravenes the provisions of Section 28, Subsection 5(a) and (b) of the Land Use Act and also the terms and conditions of the grants of the respective Rights of Occupancy.”
