Simple Routine To Get Rid Of Dark Circles And Under Eye Bags

 


No human is perfect but every human especially women have a vain side that wants to look good and remove blemishes. And while some blemishes can’t be avoided, they can be controlled. One of such is dark circles and under-eye bags which can be managed with simple routine though it can sometimes be the effect of aging.

The skin over time naturally loses collagen and grows thinner regardless of beauty regimen because habits can’t change genetics. At times, allergies and inflammation are responsible for dark circles and under-eye bags.

These Routine Can Get Rid Of Dark Circles And Under Eye Bags:

Cold compress on the eyes for about 10 minutes’ morning and night

CUCUMBERS: Cut fresh cucumber into thick slices, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, leave the slices on your eyes for 10 minutes. Rinse your eye area with warm  water after using.

ROSE WATER: Soak cotton makeup remover pads in rose water for few minutes and put on closed eyelids for about 15 minutes twice daily.

COLD TEA BAGS: Soak a tea bag in clean water and refrigerate for 30 minutes and put on the eyes for 10 minutes twice daily.

COCONUT OIL: A anti-inflammatory that prevent wrinkles and fine lines under the eyes when rubbed it into the under-eye area overnight.

• Curb salt consumption and drink more water

• Curb alcohol consumption

• Get 8 hours of sleep.

• Sleep on your back with an extra pillow under your head so fluid won’t collect under the eyes.
