IMO MASSACRE: Youths Order Sit-At-Home To Protest Over The Killing Of 14 Youths



There have been crisis in some part of Imo state this week due to the recent killings of which occured in Awo-Omamma, Oru East local government area of the state.

It was gathered that 14 Imo youths were gunned down by the state's security operatives called Ebube-Agu when they were returning from a wedding ceremony in Awo-Omamma on Sunday 17th of July, 2022.

This has sparked some reactions in the state as angry Imo youths are demanding justice from the state government led by Governor Hope Uzodinma.

Due to the tragedy that happened, the youths of the state have imposed Sit-At-Home order today (Friday 22nd of July, 2022) to protest over the killing of the 14 youths.
