“I Got Married Not For Love But To Avoid Backlash For Selling Sex Products” – Jaruma

Controversial sex therapist, Hauwa Saidu Muhammad popularly known as Jaruma has made a confession.

 
She revealed that she didn't get married for love.
 
According to Jaruma who got married to Ross Fahad Isabor between 2018 and 2021, she got married to avoid backlash from her selling sex product.
 
She opened up in an interview with ‘Issues and Society’ podcast.
 
She stated that the intense backlash from northerners for selling aphrodisiacs as a single lady was the motivation behind her marriage.
 
Jaruma said the criticism, rooted in her Muslim faith and single status, led her to marry. She also claimed her ex-husband was aware of her reasons.
 
“There was a massive heat from the north because I was selling sex products as a single lady,” she said.

“There was so much attack, me being a Muslim and a single lady. They wondered why people allow a single lady teach them what happens in the bedroom for lots of money.

“It wasn’t easy at all. The sex industry is a multi billion industry, the industry is never going to die and I have made N760 million in three years.

“So I thought the industry will not die and I have a booming business so I cannot just leave because of the heat I was going.

“I just said if marriage is the problem, let me just do it and get it over with so I got married.

“I didn’t get married because of love, being into the man or there was a long courtship.

“I just got married to get away from the pressure I got from the north. I got married just after a month of meeting.

“I told him about the reason I got married to him, he knew it was not for love but for the pressure.”

  A  new experimental brain implantation device, Blindsight, designed to restore vision has been awarded the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) ‘breakthrough device’ designation. The device was created by Elon Musk’s brain chip company, Neuralink, which specialises in developing a brain-chip interface that can be implanted within the skull. A  federal lawmaker representing the Esan North-East/Esan South-East Federal Constituency in Edo State, Prince Henry Odianosen Okojie has reportedly escaped an assassination attempt. Okojie, the husband of the Nollywood movie Star, Mercy Johnson, was reportedly attacked by armed men suspected to be political thugs at his residence in Uromi on Friday morning.   The  Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced one Courage Ikpaka to two years imprisonment for duping a United States citizen, Mrs Yvelte M. Thompson of $53,000 by impersonating Nigerian musician, Chinedu Okoli popularly known as Flavour N’abania. Justice   Dehinde Dipeolu convicted Ikpaka on Tuesday following his guilty plea to a two-count charge brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Prosecution counsel, Suleiman Suleiman, led EFCC investigator Azibagiri Dan Ekpar in evidence against the defendant. Nigerian Nurse Who Left Her Infant To Die While On Duty Caught At Airport Trying To Flee UK, Jailed For Three Years

  A Nigerian nurse, identified as Ruth Auta has been sentenced to three years in jail for causing the death of her ten-week-old baby. The nurse was sentenced by Bolton Crown Court in the UK. It was gathered that the Nigerian woman left the deceased baby Joshua Akerele in her nurse's accommodation for eight hours so she could work her shift on December 20, 2022. The nurse was said to be a single mother, aged 28. When she returned to her room, she found Joshua lifeless in his cot and dialled 999, telling operators her son was not breathing. Akerele was later confirmed dead an hour later with tests showing he may have 'overheated' due to the layers of clothing and bedding he was wrapped in.
