How Goodluck Jonathan’s Godson, Billionaire Okoko Died From Power Outage During Tummy Tuck Surgery

Keniebi, the filthy rich godson of former President Goodluck Ebere Jonathan, died in the early hours of yesterday, Tuesday, at a popular hospital in Lekki, Lagos, after a botched tummy tuck surgery. According to reports, there was a power outage and the back up generator failed to come up. Many Bayelsans have since taken to social media to mourn him. 
He was a young man without guile. Despite being involved in the fickle and fractious world of high society, he exuded a sweetness of character and good nature till the very end.
As a successful entrepreneur, Okoko, who hails from Gbarain, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, contested the last gubernatorial election in the oil-rich state. By his passage, high society has been thrown into deep mourning and his family and friends are distraught as you read.

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti has told the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to stay calm and steadfast as he continues efforts to secure his release. It was gathered that the governor visited the IPOB leader at the Sokoto Correctional Centre on Sunday, November 30, 2025. This was disclosed on Sunday night in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma. Ibom Air Bans Passenger For Life After Violent Assault On Crew And Security At Lagos Airport

Nigerian air carrier, Ibom Airlines Limited has banned a passenger identified as Comfort Emmanson, from flying with its airline after she was found assaulting one of the crew members of their aircraft. Emmanson had in a viral video repeatedly slapped a Purser with Ibom Aircraft after she was allegedly told to switch off her phone before take-off. Confirming the incident in a statement on Monday, Ibom Air said the incident happened on Sunday while Emmanson was on board their Uyo to Lagos flight. The statement read, “Shortly before take-off from Uyo, Ms. Emmanson was instructed in line with standard aviation safety procedures to switch off her mobile phone.
