How To Make Garri Snacks



INGREDIENTS:- 

a). Garri but preferably the yellow one (7 cups)
b). Salt
c). Sugar
d). Cameroon pepper
e). Butter
f). Yoghurt or liquid milk
g). Cooking oil

PROCEDURE: 

• Pour the 7 cups of garri in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoonful of sugar, 1 teaspoonful of Cameroon pepper, little butter (like the measurement of 2 teaspoonful) and mix all together very well.

• Pour hot water into the mixture and stir like in form of making normal garri and allow to cool. Spread it in form of garri, add your yoghurt or liquid milk.

• Mould it into your desired shapes and fry till it changes to brown colour. The delicious snacks can also be served with local porridge/pap also known as ogi, akamu in Igbo language, tea, soft drinks.
