The #StayAtHome order maybe the hardest thing to adapt as humans whether you're an introvert or extrovert and to couple it all, there's no or little means of survival, no money. For the sake of precautionary measures, it worth it to some extent.

There are few helpful tips on how to cope with this another sickness called idleness by using it to make your life to be impacted positively during this lockdown

The tips are as follows:

• Health is wealth, only the healthy enjoy the resources of life. Exercise is very important and most be taken seriously. Pay attention to your body, just take out 45 minutes of your time to work out depending on the type your body needs like aerobics/dancing, jogging, skipping, body building/weight lifting, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squatting, planking, crunching etc to burn accumulated fats stored in your body.
