Guardiola Reveals Decision On Leaving Manchester City After This Season

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has insisted he will still be with the Premier League club next season even if they win a fourth successive Premier League title on Sunday (today).

If Manchester City beat West Ham on the final day, it will be Guardiola’s sixth title in eight years.

It has been rumoured that the former Bayern Munich and Barcelona boss could leave this summer.

But he told a press conference: “I have a contract, I want to be here next season whatever happens.”

Guardiola, who arrived in England in 2016, also rubbished the suggestion that no other club can win the league while he is around.

He said: “Wrong. The margins, if we win every season by 20 points, I’d say I’m a genius.

The Premier Leagues we won against Liverpool, they could have won. Arsenal could have won.”
