“He Promised Me Benz” - Actor Kunle Remi On Encounter With Gay Entertainer

Popular Nollywood actor, Oyekunle Opeyemi Oluwaremi better known as Kunle Remi has narrated how a prominent gay artiste in Nigeria’s entertainment industry told him to have sex with him before he could succeed.

Speaking on his encounter during his recent interview at on-air-personality Nedu Wazobia’s ‘Honest Bunch’ program, he claimed that the performer, whose identity he withheld, promised to make him wealthy and popular.

Before I got into the industry, a friend of mine then when I was in the U.I. said there was one of his friends that is an entertainer who could guide me into the entertainment industry.

“When I got there, this n***a started calling out names and said why I wasn’t selected for the Ultimate Search was because I haven’t paid my dues. He painted this picture like if I didn’t bend my ass, I wouldn’t make it.

“This guy also came downstairs with a candle and a jar of oil because he said I am a virgin. I need to use the lubricant so it can be slippery. He said from there, he will connect me and I will be driving a Benz.”

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti has told the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to stay calm and steadfast as he continues efforts to secure his release. It was gathered that the governor visited the IPOB leader at the Sokoto Correctional Centre on Sunday, November 30, 2025. This was disclosed on Sunday night in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma. Ibom Air Bans Passenger For Life After Violent Assault On Crew And Security At Lagos Airport

Nigerian air carrier, Ibom Airlines Limited has banned a passenger identified as Comfort Emmanson, from flying with its airline after she was found assaulting one of the crew members of their aircraft. Emmanson had in a viral video repeatedly slapped a Purser with Ibom Aircraft after she was allegedly told to switch off her phone before take-off. Confirming the incident in a statement on Monday, Ibom Air said the incident happened on Sunday while Emmanson was on board their Uyo to Lagos flight. The statement read, “Shortly before take-off from Uyo, Ms. Emmanson was instructed in line with standard aviation safety procedures to switch off her mobile phone.
