Nollywood Actress, Ngozi Chiemeke Shot Dead In Delta State

Ngozi Chiemeke, a Nollywood actress, was fatally shot in Delta state. The up-and-coming actress was shot at her POS shop on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in Deeper Life Road, in Boji Boji, Owa, Ika North Local Government Area of Delta State.

 

Her killers are still at large.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, said an investigation is ongoing and efforts are being made to arrest the perpetrators.

  Anambra native doctor, Chidozie Nwangwu, popularly known as Akwa Okoku Tiwara Aki n’Oba has been arraigned on five charges bordering on ritual practices, robbery conspiracy, and aiding internet fraudsters, commonly known as Yahoo boys. Nwangwu was arrested on Sunday, February 16, and his charges were officially presented at the Anambra State High Court on Tuesday, February 25, in a ruling delivered by Justice Onochie M. Anyachebelu. The case was brought against him by the Anambra State government, the state’s Commissioner of Police, Ikioye Orutugu, and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
