Tecno Mobile Launches Spark 6

 Tecno Spark 6 has been launched as the latest smartphone by the Chinese company. The new smartphone comes with a MediaTek Helio G70 SoC and features quad rear cameras.

Tecno Spark 6 smartphone was launched on 25th September 2020. The phone comes with a 6.80-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1640 pixels at a pixel density of 264 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. Tecno Spark 6 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Tecno Spark 6 runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Tecno Spark 6 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Tecno Spark 6 on the rear packs a 16-megapixel primary camera; a second 2-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel camera and a fourth 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Tecno Spark 6 runs HiOS 7.0 based on Android 10 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The Tecno Spark 6 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Tecno Spark 6 measures 170.80 x 77.30 x 9.20mm (height x width x thickness) . It was launched in Comet Black, Dynamic Orange, Misty Violet, and Ocean Blue colours.

Connectivity options on the Tecno Spark 6 include Wi-Fi, GPS, USB OTG, Micro-USB, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Tecno Spark 6 supports face unlock.

Immigration Officer Bags 7-Year Jail Term Over Passport Fraud

  The  Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has secured the conviction of Quadri Ismail Adeyinka, a staff of the Nigeria Immigration Service for committing travel passport fraud. ICPC  arraigned the convict before Justice Jude Onwuegbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Apo, Abuja, on a four-count charge bordering on gratification, conferment of corrupt advantage and cheating contrary to extant provisions of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000 and the Penal Code Act. Counsel to ICPC, Dr Osuobeni Ekoi Akponimisingha, in the course of the trial, led evidence before the court on how Adeyinka defrauded Ovie Justice Ojeffia under the pretence of regularising the latter’s international passport. Adeyinka,  after receiving the sum of N100,000 from Ojeffia to regularise the said passport, reneged on their agreement. Veteran Nollywood Actress, Stella Ikwuegbu Is Dead

Nollywood has been plunged into mourning as veteran actress Stella Ikwuegbu passed away on Sunday.  A cloud of sorrow has therefore enveloped the Nigerian film industry as fellow actors, filmmakers, and fans grapple with the devastating news and reflect on Ikwuegbu’s immense contributions to Nollywood over the years.
