EFCC VS BOBRISKY: VeryDarkMan To Appear Before House Of Reps Today Over N15 Million Bribery Allegations

  Martins Vincent Otse,  the popular Nigerian social media influencer, who is also known as VeryDarkMan will appear before the House of Representatives on Monday (today) over the bribery allegations made against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). VeryDarkMan had released an audio of crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky claiming to have bribed EFCC officials with N15 million to drop the money laundering case against him. In the alleged video, Borisky also claimed he never spent his six-month jail term in Kirikiri prison in Lagos because his godfather made arrangements for him in a lodge. Aggrieved by the allegation, the House of Representatives had invited VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky and EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede as part of its probe into the matter. Police Launch Manhunt After 17 Persons Killed In South Africa Mass Shooting

  The  South African Police Service (SAPS) on Saturday, launched manhunt for the killers of 17 people in a mass shooting at the remote Lusikisiki city of Eastern Cape province. Announcing the horrific incident on Saturday in a statement, Brig. Athlenda Mathe, national police spokesperson, stated that of the 17 victims, 15 are women, adding they were killed in two mass shooting incidents. The Eastern Cape police said 12 women and one man were killed in one location, while three women and one man were killed at the second location in the mass shooting incident.  The 18th victim was in critical condition in hospital, the Community Safety, Eastern Cape said as quoted by AP news agency. “A manhunt has been launched to apprehend those behind these heinous killings.” The police said they are investigating the matter, without giving any details regarding the possible motive behind the crime. “The police will leave no stone unturned to apprehend the culprits,” Community Safety MEC...

  The grand  jury investigation into allegations against music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is ongoing, with new testimony being heard from at least one additional sex worker, which could lead to new charges. According to TMZ, the grand jury recently heard testimony from a male escort who claimed to have had previous interactions with Diddy. The testimony reportedly detailed Diddy’s alleged outreach to the escort and participation in what was described as a "Freak Off." The testimony also touched on whether Diddy had arranged for the escort to travel across state lines or internationally, as well as the nature of payments made, including whether they were in cash or via wire transfer. Prison Experts Explain Why Bobrisky’s Was Provided With A Special Accommodation

  Prison  experts have clarified why controversial crossdresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, was reportedly provided with an apartment to serve his six-month sentence. Speaking on Arise TV Morning Show on Friday, the Director General of the Prison Rehabilitation Mission, Bishop Kayode Williams, highlighted different prison accommodations in Nigeria. In his words:  “There are accommodations for condemned prisoners, those sentenced to death, who must not mingle with other inmates. UK Bans Supermodel, Naomi Campbell As Charity Trustee For Using Funds On Spa Treatment

  Naomi Campbell, the world-famous British supermodel, has been banned from being a United Kingdom charity trustee. Naomi was banned for five years after a UK watchdog found charity funds were spent on luxury spa treatments and hotels. The UK Charity Commission, which registers and regulates charities in England and Wales, said following a three-year investigation into the financial activities,  “only 8.5% of the charity’s overall expenditure went on charitable grants in a six-year period from 2016”. The commission in a statement revealed that part of the charity funds was used to pay Campbell’s stay at luxurious hotels, spa treatment and cigarettes. Reacting to the inquiry in an interview with AP, Campbell said,  “I have just found out about the findings today. And I am extremely concerned. “I wasn’t in control of my charity, I put the control in the hands of a legal employer.”

SEX TRAFFICKING: US Company Denies Selling Baby Oil To Diddy

  Costco,  the American wholesale corporation, has denied selling baby oil to disgraced rapper and music executive, Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy. Recall that federal officers seized supplies that they say were intended for use in orgies known as “freak offs”, including drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil during the raiding of Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion in March. In a new TMZ Studios documentary, ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment’, the rapper’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo suggested he had 1,000 bottles of baby oil because he buys them in bulk from Costco. Reacting to Diddy’s lawyer’s claim, Costco said they don’t sell baby oil. “None of the company’s US locations carry baby oil,”  Costco told TMZ.   The  House of Representatives, on Thursday, began a probe into the alleged bribery of officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission; as well as officials of the Nigerian Correctional Service by controversial cross dresser, Idris Okuneye, alias Bobrisky, who was convicted and sentenced to prison for naira abuse. This was as the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, on Thursday, announced the suspension of two deputy controllers in charge of the Kirikiri Medium Custodial Centre in Lagos of Bobrisky’s bribery allegations. Six Years After, Offa Bank Robbery Suspects Sentenced To Death By Hanging

  Six  years after the bloody bank robbery operation in the ancient town of Offa, Offa local government area of Kwara state, Justice Haleema Salman of the Kwara state High Court, Ilorin on Thursday sentenced five suspects in the case to death by hanging.   The court held that the convicts robbed and killed innocent citizens including nine police officers in Offa during the bloody robbery attack. It is recalled that the judgement was meant to be delivered on August 2, 2024, but was put forward because of the August nationwide protest. Six  suspects: a policeman, Michael Adikwu (now deceased), Ayoade Akinnibosun, Azeez Salahudeen, Niyi Ogundiran, Ibikunle Ogunleye and Adeola Abraham were arrested in connection with the bloody bank robbery incident on April 5, 2018 in Offa, Kwara state. Nigerian  crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has denied a bribery allegation levelled against him by a social media influencer, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan. In a viral audio released by VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky alleged that some unnamed Economic and Financial Crimes Commission operatives collected N15 million from him to drop money laundering charges against him. Reacting to the viral audio in a statement on Tuesday, the EFCC’s Head of Media And Publicity, Dele Oyewale, said the Commission’s Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, had ordered immediate investigation into the matter.   The  Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede on Tuesday, ordered immediate investigation of alleged bribery allegations imputed to some officers of the Commission by crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, in a viral video circulating across the country.
