An app that claimed to be able to digitally remove the clothes from pictures of women to create fake nudes has been taken offline by its creators. The $50 (£40) Deepnude app won attention and criticism because of an article by  tech news site Motherboard. One campaigner against so-called revenge porn called the app "terrifying". The developers have now removed the software from the web saying the world was not ready for it. "The probability that people will misuse it is too high,"  wrote the programmers in a message  on their Twitter feed. "We don't want to make money this way." Anyone who bought the app would get a refund, they said, adding that there would be no other versions of it available and withdrawing the right of anyone else to use it. A 20-year-old woman, Makoduchukwu Ndubisi on Saturday reportedly stabbed her husband to death in Nsugbe, Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State. The deceased, John Bosko Ngu, was allegedly stabbed on his chest by the wife with a sharp knife over a feud yet to be ascertained. Confirming the incident, Police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed said the corpse of deceased had been deposited at a morgue. He added that investigation had commenced. A man who disguised himself as a woman to secure a job as a barmaid has found himself in the grips of the law after his female colleagues got suspicious of his mannerisms and reported to the District police. 22-year-old John Mark Bukenya, who has for three years been disguising himself as a woman to secure jobs was arrested at Muhorro Rest-house in Muhorro Town Council where he was employed as a barmaid after his female colleagues got suspicious of his demeanor. He was subsequently reported to the owner of the rest house, Charles Mugisa Busigiriko, who alerted the Kagai District police. “When I interrogated him, he confessed being a man. I was shocked because he always wore skirts and dresses, necklaces and shoes for ladies,”  Busigiriko said. Kissers should stop kissing right away, in their own interest!. A ‘very serious’ outbreak of a rare bacterial infection spread through kissing and touching has been reported in England. It has already killed 12 persons in in Essex and it is spreading. Metro.co.uk  reported 32 reported cases of the disease, called invasive Group A streptococcus (iGAS), quoting the NHS Mid Essex Clinical Commissioning Group. Experts said the bacteria can be found in the throat and on the skin – and people may carry it without displaying any symptoms. It can live in throats and on hands for long enough to allow easy spread between people through sneezing, kissing and skin contact. Public Health England called it a ‘local incident’, but warned it has a ‘high risk’ of causing further fatalities.  Reports said the outbreak started in Braintree and has since spread to the Chelmsford and Maldon areas, but a timeline has been given.

Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky has opened up on what  COZA  pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo did to him when he attended his church. Three pupils were on Wednesday struck dead by lightning in Kibaale District, western Uganda. Police and residents identified the deceased as Robert Zabayo, a 14-year-old pupil at Kisalizi primary school, his brother Mbabazi Marina, 6 and a friend Moses Alinaitwe, 10. Zabayo and Mbabazi were children of Obed Byomugisa while Alinaitwe was Ayebale’s son, both residents of Kyenkonge village in Kyebando Sub County. The three had taken shelter at Byomugisa's home when they were struck during the Wednesday evening downpour. The pupils had just returned from school and were playing in the compound when it started raining. They reportedly sought shelter on a veranda of Byomugisa's home. "They were killed by lightning and bodies are at Kyebando health centre pending postmortem,” said Mr David Otabong, the Kibaale District Police Commander. Police visited the scene and recorded statements from eye witnesses. A 27-year old man has been arrested by the police for allegedly selling his 3-day old baby boy after lying to his wife that the baby died after delivery in Ozubulu, Ekwusigo local government area of Anambra State. The baby was reportedly sold to Mrs Anulika Okafor, a native of Uruokwe village, Ozubulu. The police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed, who confirmed the incident, said the three suspects have been arrested while the baby has been recovered. He said, “At about 7:pm, Police detectives attached to Ozubulu division arrested one Chukwuma Enemuo ‘m’ 27 years of Okwutu Amawka village, Ozubulu in Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State.

Popular Abuja Pastor Jailed For Defiling & Impregnating 14-Year-Old Girl Pastor Basil Princewill, the founder of Mountain Movers Ministry International, Nyanya, Abuja, was sentenced to seven years in prison after his conviction for molesting a 14-year-old girl. Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf of the high court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama, in a judgment on Tuesday, convicted Princewill on 2 of the four counts contained in the charge on which he was tried. Princewill was arraigned in June 2012, by the police a four-count charge bordering on rape, impersonation and attempt to cause abortion and abetting miscarriage. He was said to have forcefully had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl, Favour Iwoha, between July 27 and December 31, 2011, at Mountain Movers Ministry International and his house at Nyanya, Abuja, without her consent and impregnated her.
