FA To Punish Arsenal After 1-1 Draw With Chelsea

The Football Association (FA), is set to punish Arsenal on disciplinary grounds after their 1-1 draw with Chelsea.

The Gunners came away from a feisty encounter at Stamford Bridge with one point.

Arsenal had six players booked by referee Anthony Taylor, with three cautions coming in the first 30 minutes.

Because of this, the club will face a £25,000 fine under the FA’s rules for accumulating six or more yellow cards in one game.

It’s not the first time Arsenal have faced this. They were fined the same amount back in February 2024 after their match against Liverpool.

The game also saw Chelsea midfielder, Moises Caicedo, pick up a straight red card in the first half.
